These terms are to protect our guests and to make sure all who stay can make the best of the Gold Coast holiday experience.     Tariffs quoted in this site and in our documentation are In Australian Dollars Occupancy: Up to 2 guests in a 1 bedroom unit - Up to 4 guests in a 2 bedroom unit Additional costs: $25 per night per extra guest Cot hire $5 per night Pushchair / Pram hire $5 per night   Deposits Payable: Low Season $200 - Mid/High $250 Servicing: Units serviced weekly with bookings of 10 day minimum Cancellation policy: Full refund less admin fee if notified 28 days before arrival Deposit required within 10 days of booking.
